Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Physically and mentally healthy individuals; 3. The limbs are complete, symmetrical and functional; 4. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, COPD and various malignant tumors, etc.); 2. Have a long-term medication history or are currently taking any medication; 3. Past history of liver and kidney disease; 4. Past history of vascular disease; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. History of severe hypoglycemia in the past; 7. Irregular work and rest, diet; 8. Pregnant patients or maternity; 9. Participated in other drug trials within six months.
