Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; 2. Associated with lower extremity motor dysfunction (muscle strength <=grade 3), which can be combined with upper extremity motor dysfunction (NIHSS: 3-15 points); 3. The vital signs are stable, and the course of the disease is 15 days to 3 months; 4. Aged 35-80 years; 5. Those who gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dependent on daily activities before the stroke; 2. Infection at the acupuncture site and/or intolerance to acupuncture treatment; 3. Suffering from other serious concomitant diseases (aphasia, lower extremity moderate-severe edema, lower extremity venous thrombosis, lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion, diabetic lower extremity vascular disease, peripheral neuropathy, myelopathy, traumatic brain injury, intracranial infection, brain tumor, etc.), secondary diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney failure, etc.); 4. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant patients, lactating patients.
