intervention group:Initiate a hypoglycemic strategy based on drugs with cardio-renal protection (SGLT-2 inhibitors and/or GLP-1 receptor agonists)
control group:Treatment strategies following Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 2. Aged = 7%; 7. eGFR >= 45; 8. There are no acute complications of diabetes at present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or planning to become pregnant within the next two years; 2. Breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed within the next two years; 3. Repeated spontaneous diabetic ketosis; 4. History of pancreatitis; 5. History of medullary thyroid cancer; 6. Repeated severe urinary tract infection; 7. The clinical conditions judged by other investigators to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
