Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years. 2. Before surgery, subjects are willing and able to sign an informed consent form approved by Institutional Review Board (IRB), Ethics Committee (EC) or Ethics Review Board (ERB). 3. According to the judgment of the clinical investigator, the subjects can understand the clinical research and can cooperate with the research process. 4. Thyroid fine needle aspiration confirmed as ''papillary thyroid cancer''. 5. It is a single cancer nodule and the diameter is less than or equal to 1cm. 6. The nodule is >= 2mm from the thyroid capsule.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, acute infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and other diseases. 2. The subject has alcohol or drug addiction and/or mental illness, and the investigator believes that it may affect their participation in this study. 3. Has undergone surgery, radiotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments. 4. Suspected lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis.
