18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed type 2 diabetes or preoperative HbA1C > 6.5%; 2. Orthotopic allogeneic liver transplantation is planned; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. ASA II-III level; 5. The patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MELD score >= 30; 2. Preoperative complicated with severe infection; 3. Preoperative severe circulatory instability, manifested as unstable angina pectoris, left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%, malignant arrhythmia.
