Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome and Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome: (1) Aged 20-80 years, in line with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine. (2) In line with the TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria, it belongs to liver-kidney deficiency syndrome and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. (3) Patients who are willing to participate in the survey and have good compliance. (4) Voluntarily signed the informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria for normal control group: (1) Aged 20-80 years. (2) Patients who are willing to participate in the survey and have good compliance. (3) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis disease. (4) Voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications affecting the joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, etc.; 2. Combined with rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 3. Those who are disabled or incapacitated in the late stage; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. The mentally ill.
