18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or above; 2. ASA: Class I-IV; 3. The patient received general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask, and received intravenous bolus or infusion of rocuronium bromide; 4. The patient was given neostigmine or sugammadex for antagonizing neuromuscular blockade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Day surgery; 2. Other muscle relaxants (cis-atracurium) were used during the operation; 3. Patients who use two muscle relaxant antagonists in combination; 4. Tracheal intubation or tracheotomy has been performed before arriving in the operating room; 5. For patients who underwent multiple operations during hospitalization, only the first operation was included.
