Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pulmonary nodule undergoing thoracoscopic surgery; 2.Aged 18 to 80 years, gender unlimited, ASA grade I ~ III; 3.No history of serious mental illness or psychotropic drug use; 4.have a middle school degree at lest; 5.The hospital stay was longer than 5 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of mental disorders or under treatment of psychotropic drug; 2.Patients with drug,alcohol or opioid abuse; 3.Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension; 4.Patients with coronary heart disease; 5.Patients with hyperthyroidism; 6.Patients with serious heart ,brain ,liver,kidney or blood disease.
