Experimental group:VT 6ml/kg (PBW), f 15 times/min, I:E=1:2, PEEP=4 cm H2O, lung recruitment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification II to III; 2. There is no gender limit, and aged over 18 years; 3. BMI: 18.5-23.9kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from autoimmune disease; 2. Preoperative combined respiratory disease and serious infection; 3. Preoperative bed rest time > 1 month; 4. Apply a ventilator before surgery.
