Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 40 years; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) for hip osteoarthritis; 3. Imaging evidence of hip osteoarthritis (KL>=2); 4. Mild to moderate hip osteoarthritis (KL=2,3); 5. Hip symptoms persist for 6 months; 6. Moderate to severe pain in the hip (NRS>=3, 0-10, 0=no pain).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking oral hormones or allergic to hormones and 1% lidocaine; 2. History of ipsilateral hip or greater trochanteric bursa hormone injection within the past 3 months; 3. History of hip surgery on the affected side; 4. Current or past infection history of the affected hip; 5. History of inflammatory arthritis, osteonecrosis or Paget disease of the affected hip; 6. Arrangements for total hip replacement surgery of the affected hip in the recent 6 months; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. Are receiving anticoagulation therapy; 9. Patients who cannot complete the Chinese questionnaire.
