Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. According to the ''Consensus Opinions on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease'' confirmed as CD patients; 3. Able to complete enteroscopy or colonoscopy, ultrasound examination; 4. BMI <= 30kg/m^2; 5. The interval between ultrasound and endoscopy should not exceed 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to ultrasound contrast agents and couplants; 2. History of gastrointestinal perforation and intestinal surgery in the past; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency, kidney disease; 5. Limited to gastroduodenal or anorectal lesions.
