65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes patients over 65 years old, HbA1c6.0%-8.5%; 2. Conform to the diagnosis of sarcopenia (according to the 2019 consensus of the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group); 3. Be able to receive diabetes health education and resistance exercise guidance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic diseases; 2. Have performed resistance exercise training in the past 6 months; 3. Patients with hypoglycemia in the past one month; 4. Patients with physical impairment and cognitive impairment who cannot receive exercise and health guidance; 5. Patients with severe renal impairment (CKD stage 3-4); 6. Patients with severe hepatic impairment; 7. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation; 8. Patients deemed inappropriate by the researchers to participate in this study.
