Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; no gender limit; 2. Diagnosed as primary central nervous system lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, unspecified type; 3. Those who understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy or other cellular immunotherapy; 2. Critically ill patients with unstable hemodynamics; 3. Presence of autoimmune disease.
