Remimazolam Group:given intravenous injection of 0.2-0.4 mg/kg of remimazolam during induction
Propofol Group:selected 1.5-2 mg/kg of propofol during induction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of hip destruction confirmed by X-ray or CT imaging; conforming to indications for hip replacement determined by Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Society: (1) Ineffective conservative treatment of hip osteoarthritis; (2) Obviously limited joint function affecting life; (3) Femoral head collapse in femoral head necrosis due to a variety of reasons; (4) Displaced femoral neck fractures in the elderly and femoral neck fractures with failed internal fixation); 2. Hip replacement for the first time; 3. Ability to communicate independently; 4. Aged >= 60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Involved heart, brain, kidney and hematopoietic dysfunctions; 2. Previous history of severe mental illness or delirium; 3. History of Alzheimer s disease or epilepsy; 4. Previous history of coronary heart disease, hypertension or diabetes mellitus.
