18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years; 2. Diagnosed with ischemic stroke or diagnosed with transient ischemic attack (diagnosed in accordance with the criteria set by the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch of the cerebrovascular disease group in 2014); 3. During the acute period of onset (2 weeks); 4. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients; 2. Cardiac infarction, cerebral infarction of other reasons, cerebral infarction of unknown cause; 3. Hemorrhagic stroke, mixed stroke and tumor stroke; 4. Combined with serious heart, lung and liver system diseases; 5. Patients with poor compliance and unable to complete long-term follow-up as judged by the investigator; 6. Patients currently participating in any clinical trials related to investigational drugs or medical devices.
