Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective modified radical mastectomy for unilateral breast cancer; 2. Aged 20-65 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-30kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-II; 5. Those who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative acute and chronic pain; 2. Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases; 3. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine, lidocaine, ropivacaine and other drugs used in the test; 4. Patients with severe bradycardia (preoperative heart rate <50bpm) or those with abnormal cardiac conduction and rhythm; 5. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; patients with moderate or more anemia (hemoglobin <90g/L); 6. Pregnant or lactating patients, patients with motion sickness; 7. Long-term use of sedatives, analgesics, long-term alcoholism or drug abuse; 8. There are contraindications to nerve block; 9. Those with a history of mental illness, language and communication impairment, hearing impairment, and inability to understand the test content.
