Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestation during 24~28 weeks and BMI> 18.5kg/ ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Took drugs that affect blood glucose concentration during pregnancy, such as antihypertensive drugs (ACEI), dexamethasone, Lidjun hydrochloride, etc.; 2. With history of alcohol drinking alcohol; 3. With pregnancy-induced hypertension; 4. With acute and chronic diseases; 5. With family history of genetic disease; 6. Associated with severe cognitive impairment or severe mental abnormalities; 7. Language communication barriers.
