Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with V2 trigeminal neuralgia or combined with V1/V3 trigeminal neuralgia according to ICHD-3; 3. Preoperative NRS score >=6; 4. Course of disease > 1 month; 5. Patients with unrelieved pain or intolerable adverse reactions after carbamazepine, gabapentin and pregabalin treatment alone or in combination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse minimally invasive treatment and participate in researchers; 2. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia, such as trigeminal neuralgia caused by space-occupying lesions or multiple sclerosis; 3. Local infection at the puncture site; 4. Mental illness or intellectual disability; 5. Severe liver, kidney, heart and lung diseases; 6. Coagulation dysfunction or allergy to local anesthetics before surgery.
