Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The TCM constitution is classified as qi stagnation (transformation score of qi stagnation >= 40 points); 2. Aged between 18 and 23 years; 3. The diet and sleep are basically normal, and the body mass index is between 18.5 and 23.9; 4. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily accept the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received auricular point therapy within 1 month before the test; 2. Patients who are currently or have been diagnosed with depression; 3. Those who are allergic to auricular tape.
