Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80; 2. The clinical staging standard of liver cancer refers to the Barcelona staging standard, which is stage C; 3. Liver function (Child Pugh) is graded as A or B; 4. ECOG score of 0 or 1; 5. The imaging evaluation standard refers to the mRECIST standard, the lesions are multiple, and at least one lesion can be measured; 6. Three-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced CT obtained within 7 days before treatment was diagnosed as PVTT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone surgery, radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors, seed implantation or liver transplantation before or after admission; 2. Patients who have taken other targeted drugs or immune preparations in addition to sorafenib; 3. Patients who have received radiation therapy and systemic chemotherapy; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency, uncontrollable hypertension, diabetes, and pregnancy; 5. Have serious medical complications.
