18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. Unilateral or bilateral recurrent ovarian endometriosis, transvaginal ultrasonography, cyst diameter of 3-10 cm, excluding physiological cysts; 3. Tumor marker CA125<200IU/mL, HE4<70 pm; 4. All patients signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of polycystic ovary syndrome, evidence of premature ovarian failure (follicle-stimulating hormone >= 40 IU/L), endocrine diseases that may affect ovarian function (such as thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia); 2. Hormone drugs (such as oral contraceptives, gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs) have been taken within 3 months before surgery; 3. Tumor markers, ultrasound, MRI suggest possible ovarian malignant disease; 4. Poor cardiopulmonary function, unable to tolerate laparoscopic surgery or have other surgical contraindications; 5. Those who are allergic to MRI contrast agents and cannot complete relevant examinations.
