18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 18 years old, less than 65 years old; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Patients with elective surgery; 4. Use of LDLT when undergoing thoracic surgery; 5. One-lung ventilation is required; 6. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected difficulty in intubation (Mallampatti score >= 3); 2. FEV1<70% of the predicted value; 3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 4. Pneumothorax; 5. Bullae; 6. Pleural adhesions; 7. Severe asthma; 8. History of chest surgery; 9. New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart failure class III-IV; 10. Cerebrovascular disease.
