Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign the informed consent; 2.Continuously selected patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension who were admitted to Fuwai Hospital from November 2020 to June 2022. After clinical examination and right heart catheterization, they were diagnosed as CTEPH. The diagnostic criteria for pulmonary hypertension were based on the 2015 ESC Guidelines (mPAP = 25mmHg, and PCWP=15mmHg); 3.Willing to accept BPA treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness, history of drug addiction or other diseases cannot sign informed consent or cooperate in research; 2. Persons with unstable condition; 3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
