Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as secondary dynamic deformity after unilateral cleft lip surgery, who had previously undergone primary cleft lip repair surgery, but had not undergone secondary repair. 2. Aged 6-30 years, no gender limit. 3. The admission examination was normal and suitable for surgical treatment. 4. Have normal communication skills. 5. The patients themselves or their guardians agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lip-nasal deformity secondary to bilateral cleft lip surgery. 2. Serious complications such as infection and hematoma occurred in the operation area after the first-stage operation of cleft lip. 3. In addition to cleft lip, there are other craniofacial deformities that affect the shape or function of the lips and nose. 4. There are contraindications that are not suitable for surgical treatment. 5. Active period of infectious disease.
