Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 60 years; 2.Outpatients and inpatients undergoing colonoscopy. 3.Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency colonoscopy; 2. Patients with serious heart and lung diseases; 3. Unclear consciousness,communication disorders; 4. intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal stricture history; 5. The patients who did not take the medicine completely, the time of taking the medicine did not meet, and the number of stools after taking the medicine was 0.
