Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. People who plan to settle down in their communities for more than one year; 3. Able to use smartphones and watches; 4. Sign informed consent and agree to complete regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious physical and mental diseases; 2. Shift workers.
