Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed as early gastric cancer (EGC) and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGN) by endoscopic diagnosis or/and biopsy and will receive endoscopic treatment (ESD) in our hospital; 2. Patients with definite H. pylori infection, that is, positive for any of the following tests: breath test, rapid urease test, stool antigen, and histopathology showing H. pylori; 3. Those who signed informed consent and were able to accept outpatient follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received H. pylori eradication therapy in the past 1 month; 2. Those who have undergone gastric surgery (partial resection) (those who have undergone gastric ESD are not excluded); 3. Those with poor general condition, or those with contraindications to endoscopy; 4. Those who are pregnant and breastfeeding; 5. Those who are allergic to eradication drugs.
