Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients undergoing elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. Relevant auxiliary examinations have been completed, such as blood routine, liver and kidney function, hemostasis, etc.; 5. Those who signed the informed consent form approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative asthma, COPD or forced vital capacity in the first second (FEV1) 120 bpm and/or systolic blood pressure (BP) 180 mmHg); 5.Any signs of systemic or pulmonary infection; 6.For any other reasons, the researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in clinical trials.
