Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Revised 5th Edition (DSM-V); 2. No serious heart, liver and kidney insufficiency and other diseases; 3. The patient's age is 65-85 years old, and the course of disease is 6 months to 3 years; 4. Dementia Rating Scale (Clinical Dementia Rating.CDR) score of 1 (mild) or 2 (moderate); 5. Patients and their guardians signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of dementia or severe AD; 2. Those with severe hearing and language impairment who cannot complete relevant tests; 3. Past or current tumor history or other fatal diseases that may affect short-term survival; 4. Active infection; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study.
