Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestations of myocardial ischemia; 2. The patient's cardiac troponin (cTn) level continues to rise, with at least one value higher than the 99th percentile reference upper limit (URL); 3. On the LGE image of CMR, high signal from the subendocardium can be seen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other heart diseases (dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, etc.); 2. Moderate to severe mitral regurgitation after myocardial infarction; 3. Other critically ill patients (malignant tumor, chronic kidney disease, etc.); 4. Poor image quality; 5. Lost contact or lost contact.
