Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-35 years. 2. No anti-infection and other drugs that affect the intestinal microecology have been taken in the past 3 months. 3. No chronic digestive system diseases and symptoms such as inflammatory bowel disease, constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. 4. No history of antitumor drugs and immunosuppressive drugs. 5. No history of autoimmune diseases, idiopathic diseases, allergic diseases, etc. 6. No travel history and close contact history with new coronary pneumonia or other endemic infectious diseases in the last 6 months. 7. No history of neurological diseases or mental diseases such as chronic pain syndrome (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue). 8. No history of hospitalization in the last 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not pass the questionnaire screening; 2. Patients who have not passed relevant laboratory tests and inspections; 3. PCR screening of related pathogenic bacteria and the population of drug resistance genes.
