Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hashimotos Thyroiditis: (1) Diffuse symmetrical goiter with tough texture, uneven surface or nodules; (2) TgAb and/or TPOAb positive; (3) TSH is normal or elevated. 2. Graves disease: (1) Symptoms of hypermetabolism; (2) Diffuse enlargement of the thyroid gland (palpation and ultrasound), and there may be no goiter in a few cases; (3) TSH levels decreased and FT3 and/or FT4 levels increased; (4) TRAb positive; (5) Increased thyroid iodine 131 uptake rate; (6) With or without exophthalmos or pretibial myxedema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those suffering from other autoimmune diseases at the same time, such as diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; 2. Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases, such as acute and chronic hepatitis, pneumonia, etc.; 3. Those taking non-steroidal drugs and glucocorticoids at the same time; 4. Patients suffering from malignant tumor or immunodeficiency at the same time; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 7. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
