Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged >= 21 years with a history of sexual life; 2. Referral for colposcopy due to abnormal cervical cancer screening results, cervical contact bleeding, repeated vulvar discomfort, or abnormal signs of the lower genital tract and anus found on physical examination, and take biopsy, pathologically confirmed as CIN, VaIN, VIN, AIN or PaIN patients; 3. If it is a CIN patient, the colposcopy shows a type I transformation zone, the lesions are completely visible, and the excisional treatment is refused due to concerns about fertility over cancer; 4. Those who have received multiple laser treatments, multiple colposcopy examinations and were followed up for at least 2 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have malignant tumors of other systems in the body and have not completed the treatment plan; 2. Those with acute inflammation of the lower genital tract or anus should be enrolled after the inflammation is cured; 3. Patients with highly suspected lower genital tract and anal malignancies from colposcopy and pathological examination results; 4. Combining serious diseases, such as severe liver and kidney function damage, blood system diseases, acute infections of other systems, etc., may seriously damage health due to colposcopy and laser treatment.
