Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; 2. The first cerebral infarction confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3. Unilateral onset, the course of the disease is more than 6 months; 4. Aged 40-80 years; 5. FMA-UE score less than 33 points; 6. Simple cognitive function score MMSE > 20 points; 7. Informed consent to this study and signed relevant documents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of epilepsy or are taking antiepileptic drugs to prevent seizures; 2. Failure of important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney; 3. Have communication barriers and cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Wearing a pacemaker, intracranial implanted metal or skull defect, brain tumor, etc.; 5. The patient has new infarction or bleeding, and the condition deteriorates.
