Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 2. The age of onset of migraine is less than 50 years old; 3. Patients diagnosed with migraine without aura according to ICHD-3; 4. Migraine attacks at least 2 times in the past 4 weeks; 5. The VAS score is 3-7 points; 6. History of migraine for at least 1 year; 7. Able to complete headache diary on their own; 8. Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood system diseases; 2. Mental disorders such as major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 3. Immunodeficiency disease, allergic constitution or skin disease; 4. Pregnancy and lactation; 5. Those who have received acupuncture or drug preventive treatment in the past three months; 6. MRI contraindications: implantation of internal pacemaker, claustrophobia, etc.
