Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The included cases met the inclusion criteria for stroke in the classification scheme of various cerebrovascular diseases formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, and were confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Brunnstrom stage IV; 3. Able to stand and walk without the help of others; 4. The medical condition is stable; 5. Aged 50-75 years: 6. Disease duration >= 3 months; 7. No serious organ disease; 8. No vibration training experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological diseases; 2. Severe musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disease; 3. Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation; 4. There are other serious diseases or exercise contraindications.
