Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer patients who need elective surgery; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. ASA classification I-II; 4. BMI 18-24 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency in the past, accompanied by severe nervous system or cardiovascular system diseases; 2. Allergic to nalmefene and other anesthetics; 3. Chronic cough, smoking, upper respiratory tract infection or asthma within 2 weeks; 4. Long-term use of ACEI/ARB, bronchodilators, hormones or opioids; 5. Predict that there may be a difficult airway; 6. Preoperative intracranial pressure, intra-abdominal pressure or intraocular pressure increased.
