Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients undergoing radical gastrectomy; 3. Preoperative plasma albumin concentration > 35g/L, hemoglobin concentration > 90g/L and BMI > 18kg/M2; 4. No severe heart, lung and renal insufficiency; 5. Patients and their families have informed consent, can understand the procedure and purpose of the study, and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received plasma or human serum albumin for many times during perioperative period; 2. Preoperative use of immunosuppressants; 3. Patients who need combined organ resection, tumor spread and metastasis and incomplete information.
