Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing initial total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropsychiatric system diseases, severe heart and lung and other important organ dysfunction; 2. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) <24 points and those who cannot communicate normally; 3. Have a history of low hemoglobin, severe blood system diseases, and allergies related to anesthetics.
