Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=55 years; 2. Meet the Chinese obesity standard BMI >= 27; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI in the 2018 Chinese Dementia and Cognitive Impairment Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, and the specific quantitative thresholds are as follows: Subjective cognitive function decline within 1 year reported by participants or insiders; MMSE score > 24 points (Primary school: > 20 points; illiterate: > 17 points); MoCA score < 26 points (if the years of education <= 12 years, add 1 point to the total score), ADL score < 26 points; 4. The psychiatrist has diagnosed mild depression and does not need to take antidepressants; 5. Ignore hearing and speaking dysfunction, give informed consent and be willing to cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious neurological diseases, stroke, cerebral infarction, etc.; 2. Those with severe mental disorders; have participated in any cognitive training within the past six months.
