18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. 24 90 for men and > 85 for women; 4. Liver fat >= 10%; 5. Alcohol intake < 30g/day for men and < 20g/day for women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious complications or exercise contraindications; 2. Taking drugs that affect the test results; 3. The weight change in the past six months is >=3kg; 4. Poor blood pressure or blood sugar control.
