Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The surgical method adopts radical cystectomy + ileal neobladder in situ; 2. Aged 45-75 years; 3. The operation is carried out by the same group of doctors; 4. The patient's nutritional status is good, and the body mass index (BMI) is 18.5-24.9; 5. Patients and their families signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation time is more than 6 hours; 2. Patients with mental illness and disturbance of consciousness, unable to cooperate with active activities.
