Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of BPH, and be diagnosed by a specialist; 2. Aged 50 to 80 years; 3. Those who voluntarily signed the informed consent form were voluntary subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate smoothly; 2. Combined with urethritis, acute prostatitis, urinary calculi and other diseases; 3. Neurogenic bladder, bladder neck fibrosis, urethral stricture and other diseases; 4. Those with neurological disease and diabetes history affecting urination function; 5. Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated by malignant wasting diseases such as prostate cancer and tuberculosis; 6. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency, other heart and lung diseases, blood diseases and other serious diseases; 7. Patients who take anticoagulant drugs for a long time, patients with severe anemia; 8. Upper urinary tract obstruction with hydrops and impaired renal function found by B-ultrasound; 9. Have been using drugs that may affect bladder function or are receiving BPH drugs; 10. B-ultrasound or CT found that the prostatic hyperplasia is too large and protrudes too much into the bladder, which affects the acupuncture operator; 11. Ultrasound or CT found that the residual urine in the bladder exceeds 100ml or too much, which affects the acupuncture operator.
