Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Imaging, high-resolution CT can be seen: (1) Direct signs: ''Signet ring sign'' is usually accompanied by thickening of the bronchial wall, and the inner diameter ratio of the bronchus/accompanying pulmonary artery (B/A>1); from the center to the periphery, the bronchus is not tapered gradually; dilated bronchial shadow can be seen within 1 cm from the pleura; (2) Indirect signs: bronchial wall thickening; mucous impaction; mosaic sign or ''gas trap'' found on expiratory CT; 3. Symptomatically, there are clinical manifestations of chronic cough, purulent sputum, and repeated hemoptysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness who do not cooperate with medical staff; 2. Patients with contraindications to bronchoscopy, such as severe ventilation and/or ventilation dysfunction without effective respiratory support, acute coronary syndrome, uncontrolled severe hypertension and malignant arrhythmia, with aortic aneurysm and esophageal varices at risk of rupture, uncorrectable bleeding tendency, massive hemoptysis and gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with bronchoscopy.
