Group 2:Intravenous infusion of normal saline 0.4 ug/kg/h during surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Aged over 60 years, and the gender is not limited; 3. Preoperative cardiac and renal functions were normal; 4. Voluntarily participate in this experimental study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Received kidney surgery and kidney transplantation before surgery.
