Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cervical spondylosis who meet the diagnostic criteria of the ''People's Republic of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Standard TCM Orthopedics and Traumatology Diagnosis and Efficacy Criteria''. 2. The patient is able and subjectively willing to cooperate and voluntarily sign the informed consent. 3. There are no contraindications for suspension training and massage. 4. Aged above 20 years and below 70 years.
