Moderate intensity leisure-time physical activity intervention:Cycling speed is 9-11 Km/h, cycling time is from the first day to the fifth day of a week, once a day, 30 minutes each time, a total of 1
High intensity leisure-time physical activity intervention:Cycling speed 19-21km /h, cycling time from the first day to the fifth day of a week, once a day, 15 minutes each time, a total of 75 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students within 18-35 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who have plan to suspend their schooling or study within half a year; 2.Subjects who have a history of tobacco smoking or live with smokers; 3.Women in pregnancy or in lactating period; 4.Subjects with major disabilities or diseases that may impede participation in the study; 5.Subjects forbidden to participate in moderate to high intensity physical activity for disease including severe pulmonary hypertension (>55 mmHg), acute myocardium, endocarditis or pericarditis, etc (Physical Activity in the prevention and Treatment of Disease. Jarna, Sweden, 201014); 6.Subjects who take any medication; 7.Subjects with mental illness that may impair their ability to fully understand the research process or correctly express their complaints, or with other conditions that may cause them not being able to cooperate.
