18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Partial B-type and all C-type fractures of the AO-Danis-Weber classification of ankle joint fractures, and there is a lower tibiofibular syndesmosis injury that needs to be repaired; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Open fracture Gustilo I/II grade or closed fracture Tscherne grade 0/1/2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological fracture, multiple fracture ISS score greater than 16 points.
