Group H:Intraoperative dexmedetomidine infusion at high rate (0.5-0.9 µg/kg/h)

60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-75 years; 2. Solitary valve surgery; 3. Aortic root surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ejection fraction <= 50% after admission; 2. Cognitive dysfunction or baseline minimum mental state examination (MMSE) score <= 20 points; 3. Disagree or unable to agree to participate in research and/or unable to speak; 4. Hearing impairment.
