Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) surgery in Shantou Central Hospital from April 2022 to September 2022, conforming to the American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) classification I-II; 2. Those who are over 18 years old and under 65 years old; 3. All patients have no heart, liver, brain, lung, kidney and other insufficiency and mental illness. The patients are conscious, express clearly, can cooperate with the operation, and understand the investigation content; 4. Those who have no severe hearing, visual and motor impairment before surgery, voluntarily participate in the study and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; 2. Those who refuse to perform TAPA or TAP blocker; 3. Long-term history of receiving analgesic, sedative drug treatment and drug use; 4. History of mental illness or uncooperative persons; 5. Illiteracy and patients who are unable to communicate with doctors in language.
